Trinity High School

Welcome from the Headteacher

Thank you for your interest in Trinity High School & Sixth Form Centre. Trinity has gained a very strong reputation over recent years and continues to go from strength to strength.  We prepare all of our students to be successful and active citizens, investing time to ensure we develop the creativity, adaptability, resilience, confidence and leadership skills that our young people need in an ever changing 21st century global community. We value each and every one of our young people and they are at the centre of everything we do as a school.

Trinity’s success is built upon high expectations and excellence in all aspects of school life. A visit to our school reveals excellent standards of uniform, behaviour, teaching, learning and achievement. Standards which really matter to me and my staff.

The governors at Trinity are totally committed to ensuring students receive a rounded education, with personal development as important as academic excellence. This can be seen from the wide range of opportunities and enrichment activities available to our students. I encourage everyone to be involved – after all, you are only at high school once.

Academic achievement at the end of Year 11 has been excellent in recent years. This means the vast majority of our students choose to enter our Sixth Form, from which many go on to study at top universities throughout the country.

I sincerely hope that you will want to experience our excellent and vibrant school for yourself and I look forward to your visit to Trinity High School & Sixth Form Centre in the near future.

Mr Adrian Ward
Headteacher
