Health and Emotional Wellbeing

What do parents think about accessing information, advice and support?

Healthwatch Worcestershire want to know what parents and carers of school age children think about health and emotional wellbeing information, advice and support services.

They especially want to hear about parents and carers’ experiences of the School Health Service and accessing assessment and diagnosis, support and advice for children with disabilities and additional support needs.

Please take the time to complete the following online survey:

Young People’s Mental Health Survey

Survey closes 20th January

Worcestershire’s Youth Cabinet are running an on-line survey, for anyone aged between 11 and 25, about their understanding of mental health and accessing services and support. This survey will feed into Worcestershire’s Transformation Plan for Children and Young People’s Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health, so it is really important that young people get involved and have their say.

Please complete the survey, by following the link –

For any further information about the survey or to request paper copies, please contact the Youth Cabinet via [email protected]
