Trinity High School

Easter 2017

05 April 2017

Dear Parents and  Students,

This has been another extremely busy, fulfilling and rewarding half term at Trinity. As you will see from the newsletter, the opportunities afforded to Trinity students are many and varied. I am sure you will join me in thanking all the staff at the school for ensuring that Trinity students experience a diverse, varied and high quality education, both inside and outside the classroom.

We are bidding farewell to a number of staff at the end of term. Mrs Zalewski and Mrs Collins are both moving to new jobs in Bromsgrove. Mrs James has been appointed to a promoted position at St. Bede’s Middle School, where she will continue to support and work with students as she has done for the past seven years at Trinity. Finally, following ten years at Trinity, the last three as Deputy Headteacher, Mrs Cottle is becoming the Headteacher of Bournville School in Birmingham. I know that everyone at the school will miss her wisdom and insight but give her our very best wishes for the new challenge which she is about to begin.

When we return after the Easter break our Year 11, 12 and 13 students will be into the final few weeks before public examinations begin in mid-May. It is vitally important that students use the Easter break both for revision and to recharge their batteries before the rigours of next term.

Finally, I would like to wish everyone a happy and restful Easter break. I look forward to welcoming you back for the summer term on Monday 24th April.

With very best wishes

Mr A Ward

Headteacher
