12 April 2019

MESSAGE FROM THE HEADTEACHER

Wishing you all a very Happy Easter. Please bear in mind that Year 11 and 13 need to use the two week break to ensure they are thoroughly prepared for the upcoming exams.

CANTEEN PRICES

Unfortunately, after a prolonged period of trying to absorb rising foods costs, we are unable to do so any longer. Therefore with regret we will have to increase our prices in the canteen as from Monday 29th April. However, we feel we still offer a nourishing menu which is great value to all our students.

School Uniform

As the weather is warming up, we need to make sure that the school uniform standards are kept high. During the cold weather, we relaxed the rule about coats in corridors but we are now insisting that all outdoor wear is kept outdoors, so normal uniform standards apply within the school buildings. As a result, we expect all coats and scarves to be removed before entering the building. Students will be expected to remove them immediately if requested to do so by a member of staff.

Here is a breakdown of the uniform standards:

  • Blazer, trousers/skirt, shirt, tie and black shoes for all students at all times. A black school jumper/cardigan is also acceptable but not essential.
  • No other jumpers other than the school jumper are allowed to be worn in school.
  • No hoodies allowed to be worn in school.
  • No mobile phones or headphones allowed out in school.

Thank you for your cooperation with our uniform policy, which we take absolute pride in at Trinity.

We have a large amount of lost property in Student Services, please can students collect this during break/lunch or before and after school, thanks
